The Batman takes itself very seriously, portrays its protagonist as a mopy teenager at times, and thinks it's much smarter than it actually is. While the main villain stands out as a frightening lunatic, none of this comes close to the Nolan trilogy. At 3 hours long, this batman out stays his welcome.
