I just watched this miniseries and wished had known about it sooner. I just have to say, 'Finally someone got it right!' Love stories on film nowadays are unrelatable and are more worried about shock and awe than the beauty of how it is. The chemistry between these two actors is unmatched in anything I've ever watched. The acting was so true and honest that I sometimes felt like I was watching someone's personal life on display. I had to remind myself these are not real people. The nuance of the acting for Mary Anne's character was 11 out of 10. The directors knew enough that her personality was that of a Chameleon and she would be a different person with whoever she was with at the time. And the actress pulled this off brilliantly. Wished there was more.
