This is a stellar poem for children because it combines visual imagery, with rhythms and rhymes with humorous situations! And NO ONE GETS HURT OR SAD OR THREATENED!!!! I love it...and read it to MY children back in the 1950s/60s and now MUST find it so I can read it to my GRANDCHILREN!
I'm now 93 years old.
