Finally! I never could understand during the several searches for a new partner for Kelly that they didn’t cast Mark! Their chemistry is fun, and it has been since they played Haley and Mateo on All My Children!

I expected a cheesy, but fun throwback sequel to my generation-instead I found a better film than the first (which was also amazing) that showed true growth in Cruise’s character! I loved it- a believable, awesome ride! Loved the “Admiral’s daughter” love interest shout out to the OG film too! I’ll bet her daughter is Maverick’s too, but we’ll see! 😜
