I think that Buddy has a better crew and he doesn’t leave out any details. Duff just gets these airy fairy ideas like the hanging garden which had no substance and would not have won him that segment. Buddy does everything that Duff just doesn’t do. When they did the cars for the second time Duff didn’t even consider doing sugar work for the windshield or the side windows. I don’t understand that why won’t you show all the elements that go into your cake and show off all your technique? So I think Duff just keeps coming up short and Buddy thinks bigger which does help.
