The story is great: couldn’t wait to finish the book even though the start takes too long and has too many different people to be able to remember them properly. Don’t see the point of all the Covid stuff - could have written the same story without “he puts on his mask, he is not vaccinated blablabla OMG wayyy too much of that- nor the Black lives matters nor the #metoo. If you just don’t pay attention to all the political stuff it’s a good summer book.
