Went to Sonic location to get a slush float and saw the advertisement ON THEIR SIGN for pickle fries. Tried to order them only to be told they can't sell them to me because I didn't order them in the app. Bad, bad customer service on the part of Sonic!! A customer should be able to order the same item in person and in app. Don't discriminate because someone either doesn't want to or can't put an app of their phone. That's ridiculous. Pricing should also be the same either way. Just ridiculous a person can't walk up and order anything and everything offered by that establishment. Shame, shame, shame on Sonic. So very disappointing.
