This seems to be just an easy money grab for the production company to put Halo on their name. Show is obviously not made for halo fans which makes no sense. It’s tough to enjoy the show even for my friends who have never played halo as the acting is not the greatest… in all seriousness it’s a bit too corny. The storytelling and scripts seems like it was written by a high schooler who’s barely passing their basic science courses. The props, and armor seems low budget, like you can tell it’s just a costume and not a suit of armor from the future. The soundtrack is hard to remember. Also the show makes many references to the game that doesn't blend in with the director’s fantasy halo. Though many aspects of the show is poorly executed and planned it the one thing the show did great on was the action sequence at the end of season 1. The least the show could have done was pick another actor for the master chief role could be just me but after the chief took off his helmet to reveal Pablo’s face it was difficult not to laugh. One would imagine a super soldier from the future would look like battle hardened warrior at-least a bit stern or intimidating not some recently divorced 30 year old single dad that goes for 18 year olds. Well spoiler alert, he basically hooks up with one in the show.
