It is a amazing book. It truly reflects the mood in Germany and the fear within Germany. The author did a good job and helped bring awareness to the Holocaust and shows how anyone can be one of the people who sit by and watch. Silence is not violence, no. Silence is to be scared in most cases which is not a horrible thing for someone to be. Silence causes violence.
