Lost In Space was a great movie for the 90s.
I remember loving it when it first came out. Recently watched it again and realized the plot wasn't completely fleshed out. But if they had, the movie would have been 3 hours long. The acting was good, not great. The CGI was good for the 90s. It's still an enjoyable movie you can watch with the family. Rated PG 13, I think, for one sexual situation and some language. The space spiders might be too scary for kids under ten.
