It is a good show, no doubt about it. I find it similar to Somthing In The Rain, but perhaps it is as most have pointed out: the similarity comes from the actors and the director. The only thing I am not particularly enjoying about these past last episodes is the fact that the protagonist is always being coerced back by everyone to stay with Gi-seok. Probably the reason I find it annoying already is because I come from a totally different culture, and in my eyes, it's because feminine independence is really strong in America; meaning that there's no one (no family or friends) that will stop us from dating the person we want. Whereas in Asia and other countries outside it, still live according to tradition, specifically when it comes to dating and marriage. It's a very technologically advanced continent yet it's still a little old fashioned in the relationship area. At least as it has been portrayed in both SITR and OSN.
Overall, I love it, and I love how strong Jeong-in can be.
