Multiple people being shot, often at very close range with out-of-focus brains, etc., flying. A doctor cutting into a dead body, extracting eyeballs and organs, seen in closeup. A night of violent, gang-style beatings, often with metal bars, a switchblade, etc. This is a very good show, but it's horrifically gory and violent.
