Overall an excellent time at the movies- the acting was wonderful especially the part of Josephine. I thought the weaving of the personal with the nuanced tyrant vs love of the people leadership was balanced well. Some have criticized the lack of “accent” in Phoenix’s portrayal but I would ask which accent would you prefer Corsican, Italian, or French?

Amazing heartfelt movie- the acting from the children particularly the brother and especially the sister are Oscar worthy. Cinematography and direction also excellent. Critics generally negative with similar unexplained talking points indicate they’ve been heavily influenced by a negative campaign or simply bought off. Must see movie!

Action great but pace not and didn’t buy first agent woman silliness followed by expert fight scenes, wardrobe of 007, and final corny wipeout scene- hoping James found a trap door like his nemesis and will live to die again
