I am not one for rom-coms but I LOVE Gina Rodriguez so I decided to give it a shot. I was hooked in the first 5 minutes. The story feels very real... like I could picture myself going through the emotions of a break up. How the tiniest thing can set off a flood of memories. I remember those feelings when I was in my early twenties. I think I am in that stage of life as the characters are where you are growing up and realizing that not only is your world changing, but you are too. And that is it completely okay for things not to go how you had planned it. I don't know how else to explain it. I just adored this movie. also... the soundtrack is AMAZING.
