Loved it when it first aired - CBS tv Dec. 28, 1982.
Video and audio quality of my dvd is 80's television quality, but probably the only format we will ever see of this film.
Don't look for oscar-winning performances. Just enjoy.
Tom Hanks' first lead role. He was 26 years old (looks 18).
Just got through watching it again this morning.
