Gameplay wise: Wasn't that great an improvement. Many elements of the game remained the same, except you can prone now. So that's an additional element to stealth. But nothing new, MGS had done it 10-20 years ago. Graphics: Good, but this is expected at this day and age given a high budget triple A game. Story: Politics aside, the revenge plot is very stale. Character interactions were bland and boring. Lots of charcters being dumped in without any specific development or backstory and almost impossible to build rapport. Giving this a 2 because there's nothing great about having great graphics; gameplay has just mildly improve; story wants to simulate shock moments like the first one, but there's no heart.
