This book was great! Loved the complex characters and the happy ending! I genuinely hope the author explores more of Jessie and Brandon’s story bc I ship them so bad 😅

This book was so good! I loved the twists, suspense, and the emotions it made me feel. Especially when Anna chose Cooper in the end. Sexual Assault is a sensitive topic and thought Allison did a great job at giving non lawyer readers have a look into what it’s like from the law POV. Highly recommend to anyone that loves fiction mystery novels!

I liked the book! Got it from my local library less than a mile from where I’m at. The book had me guessing and even struggled to find empathy for the victim who was murdered after learning how horrible her character is. Great book that had me on edge at times.
