I worked in a kitchens for most of my youth as disher, prep, head waiter, even a short run as sous. The realism is chilling. The execution of the show is brilliant. Episode 7 shot in one take was amazing. You can feel the urgency, the "zone" you are in. Corner, behind, I still yell that wherever I work. Jeremy Allen White really hits me where I live I feel like I am looking in a mirror. I truely hope this show will go on for more than one season and not demminish in quality.
