Honesty? This is an amazing show, feels so new and refreshing it shows so many new sides of Transformers. I love and enjoy how it isn't just the typical 'Autobots good and deceptions bad so they're at war' plot. It actually explores deceptions. Like Tarantulas, when he said he didn't choose to fight he chose to survive, I really loved that line. The representation in it is awesome, Dorothy's disability is handled so well and I like how it doesn't stop her from being an amazing and strong character which I think its safe to say she's an amazing role model to those who have prosthetics.
Im so glad Alex's character isn't just being a complete bumblebee fangirl/overly happy character and that he prioritizes his family and gets serious when he needs to. Speaking about family, this show makes me want to cry from the comfort it gives when the scenes of the maltos being completely wholesome and I think it's fitting for children to watch because of it, even if its not the maltos this show has 'found family' like tarantulas and nightshade.
Now something really important, the lgbt representation. I've seen so much hate towards the non-binary character, Nightshade. This show is NOT forcing it. It's just Nightshade communicating, it feels forced because it's unusual for people to introduce themselves like that. Why? because of the transphobia, they closeted themselves and seeing how a bunch of the transphobic fans reacted to this just proves my point. If anything nightshade communicating what they go by is nothing but inspiring to those who identify as non-binary.
I really wish to see more things to come from this amazing show <33
