This is the best pressure cooker cookbook I own. Every recipe I have tried has been a hit with my family and friends. Loaned the first book I purchased to a friend, who never returned it, and the ´revised and expanded¨ replacement omitted the Spicy Chicken Corn Chowder recipe - too bad. That is an outstanding soup. Get it if you can. That being said, from stews, soups, and cheese cake, I regularly get requests for the recipes (and now refuse to loan the book out again).
