Ok I have a problem with this show, I have built homes and remodeled, I'm sorry but when the teams put in a bathroom and kitchen in a part of the house with no plumbing, or add a washer and dryer with no venting . They don't show the plumbing work, does the sink work in the FROG?????? I see no outlets either, There are zoning codes for outlets if these were real usable rooms. I really don't think you can use those rooms, they are staged. And really, Dave Mares builds in less than a week all the kitchen cabinets, plus a few other pieces, NOPE no way, never saw him in a workshop working on cabinets, and I know because my husband builds cabinets and it takes time to build them correctly. So I say Bull s&$t to him. The time it takes to design the space too and draw plans for the cabinets.....NOPE.
