Hi. I have made a payment to innovators era for an event they were supposed to happen in April. The event date has been scheduled several times without notice and I have been following with Shashank Mishra for my refund but no one including Shashank is responding and i am yet to get my refund back. The event name is Delhi Theatre festival which I don’t even know is happening.
Request Shashank to initiate my refund I have followed up several times now. Have wasted enough time for a no response. I hope to get a response after someone reads this from the team.
