The movie was disappointing. Though some women can become unglued upon finding out that their spouse is cheating, most sane women are not going for sloppy seconds from a stranger. Tyler Perry took a successful attorney, and lowered her to just a piece of meat. The man finished off with his neighbor, did not wash up, and then Mea goes for the sloppy seconds. Gross.
The orgy scene was unnecessary.
The entire time I was watching the movie, I was irritated that Mea was making a bunch of ridiculous decisions (visiting an alleged murderer at his home alone repeatedly, allowing him to bark orders at her, and allowing him to violate her personal space).
I was hoping to laugh, as I heard the movie was funny. The only time I laughed was when Mea did what she did to her mother in law near the end.
I was disappointed at how disconnected this movie proved to be.
I hope Tyler Perry will one day write a positive movie without a bunch of stereotypes or silly plots.
