Overrated movie. Walked out after two hours. Much too long, over dramatised, too much detailed technical dialogue, much of which I could not hear clearly. Gratuitous sex and gratuitous special effects (flashes of bombs, fusion and particles in his imagination, noisy explosions); swapping from black and white to colour. Surprised others are giving high ratings, or are they just following the media hype?

Great show. Sophisticated French intertwining stressful police work with personal lives and issues. Relationship between police and judiciary and the politics behind the scenes continually interfering and sabotaging police work.
