Nothing like this. This is as close to understanding the Beatles and their process as has ever been documented. If you grew up with them and were there in 1969 when Let it Be and Abbey Road were released, this is like a time machine that transports you back to that year, exposing the details we were all hoping to get close to with the release of Let it Be. The press had teased us about a film along with a booklet as part of the album. Then Abbey Road was released, and we were confused. When LIB was finally released, it was a huge disappointment. Sequentially, it should have been released before Abbey Road with George Martin producing. Anyway, Part III and the rooftop concert are timeless.
