Sooo much drama! Very little management skills displayed by either Captain Sandy or Katie. Love Katie but she definitely needs to get some back bone when it comes to dealing with her crew. I can't believe all that Lexi got away with...her attitude and behavior would not be tolerated in my business! She is genuinely an unhappy person and you know misery loves company...
