Such a cool guy that has lost all humor. So sick of Trump bashing. Respect people, Jimmie. And why don’t you joke about the following report! Not so damn funny!
A new report from the Harvard Joint Center for Housing
Studies and data from the U.S.
Census Bureau reveal that nearly half of U.S. renter households are struggling to afford their rent. The report shows that as of 2023, over 21 million renters (about 50%) are cost-burdened, meaning they spend more than 30% of their income on housing costs.
Among these, 12.1 million households face severe burdens, spending over half their income on rent, marking record levels of unaffordability.
