As far as the Bihari accent is concerned Hrithik is good. It's not impressive however. His craftsmanship is exhibited through out the movie. He's undoubtedly a good actor. Background score is little bizzare. All the supporting actors are pretty impressive. This is going to be a hit movie for sure.
