This is a great direction for a new story in the Star Wars universe , this is a stand alone series with epic special effects , great fight scenes , guest directors (with a few notable surprises ), great cameos ( the brilliant Bill Burr , the ever busy and outstanding Rosario Dawson). The pacing over the two seasons is spot on and the casting exceptional ( great to see Carl Weathers again). Pedro Pascal is a great choice for the lead role as his resume would attest ! This has more edge than the recent Star Wars movies and I know Jon Favreau will bring continuity and excellence to future seasons , because he always does !

Loved the book and the movie ! A visual feast and a very strong cast , I think Ben Affleck is a very talented director and actor !
