Seb Sal (Степанiдзе)

I absolutely love this film. It is like peeling an onion whose layers are the narratives told, written, recreated, and filmed through the perspective of the main protagonist, the words of the main survivor(s), the accounts of the main suspect and of the many witnesses to the story, all put together brilliantly by the director, who is herself, one of the key protagonists to the story. I just can't love this film more just because I can't!

I've seen many tears fall at the right moments in film, but there is one in this film that is just perfect. BP gives a wonderful performance in this truly arthouse film in space, the likes of which we are seeing more and more of lately, but this one is special. If you can't handle beautifully shot, slow-paced films, then it's not for you.
