The series of books that I have loved most of my life have so far been translated well into the small screen. The cinematography is gorgeous, the dialogue though a bit stilted in the beginning has become more free and the actors have begun to own their roles. If you haven’t read the books, Watch the handful of videos that explain some of the story before you start episode one. By episode three you will be hooked.
