I have been watching the NewsHour mainly for nightly, preliminary information regarding the war in Ukraine. Judy Woodruff, as well as others, speaks clearly and emphatically regarding all aspects of this barbaric invasion. I appreciate their relative calmness, sensitivity and professionalism in this regard. In contrast, Ali Rogin’s delivery with her rapid rate of speech, is frustratingly difficult to follow as I attempt to process the abundance of quantities, people, places and issues described in her reporting. I found myself stopping and going back to repeat her reporting several times tonight which I have never had to do before with other reporters. Many of us prefer a calmer approach to communication that PBS is known and respected for.
Please maintain these high standards and continue accommodating your viewership expectations in the future. Thank You.
