It started off great with the music and fashion, but at least 30 minutes of teenage gore should have been left out. This could have been a more classic horror art flick, but the fake gore was too overdone.

A cult classic! I lived in Blairstown in the 70's and it WAS a scary place, especially then. The locals were even more scary than this film! Great movie for a horror film, and the music is really good as well.
