Purchased 3 tickets for a movie function - tickets never arrived on my email and when we got the refund, wasn’t the whole amount drafted from my account. They stated it was online fees.
I’m pretty sure they’re a lot more people with the same problem. So they are making some money out of this situation.
Some arbitration will help to stop this.
