I have watched this After Life so many times....I keep going back to it. How brilliant is this work! I just find Ricky Gervais so talented and down to earth. I am a Brit living in Canada for many decades,,,but I am still so drawn and comforted by shows like this....that bring me back to my young life in the UK enjoying the company of characters like this and the beauty of England's many villages and counties. I wish he would have written more episodes because I am so moved by how he conveyed the fragility of human beings in their daily struggles. Precious, honest, heart wrenching and so,so hilarious....Wow! Genius! Incredible acting by all this Cast....love, love it.
