I had no idea what to expect from this movie going into it, and I had hardly even heard about it til a few days before seeing it. But it did not disappoint one bit. It’s my new favorite (Christmas) movie. - It was hilarious, for starters. - It was also such a unique take on the classic Christmas tale. I loved the idea of people who got “Christmas Caroled” are the ones who become the ghosts of Christmas past, present, and future. - The dancing and choreography was spectacular, I appreciated it so much because I am a dancer! Very well done there. - Every step of the way, Will Ferrell and Ryan Reynolds did such a phenomenal job at bringing the merry magic to the screen. - THE MUSIC! Just so great. Pasek and Paul did it again. (I didn’t realize until after that it was the same musical writers as The Greatest Showman!) “Do A Little Good” made me cry like a little girl. Very very well done. - I also loved the cameo of the guy in the Buddy the Elf costume at the party and Will’s character telling him he looked stupid. Priceless!! I could go on and on about how great it was. I want to see it 5 more times alone this Christmas season! It’s been a while since a movie made me feel the way that movie did! Loved it.

I don’t even know where to start. I am so disappointed. I was so looking forward to this. Enchanted was such a beautiful experience in my childhood. Such a fun movie!! Number 1, I was excited to see how Giselle’s business “Andalasia Fashions” was going as they teased that at the end of Enchanted. Always awesome to see a woman in business ;) But nope. Not mentioned ONCE?! She didn’t even make a single dress…? On another note, they had dozens of undeveloped plots. Felt very out of place. Way too much music, and all the songs sounded the same. No way Morgan would turn out that angsty. Hard to sit through. I could go on for hours about how underwhelming of a movie this was, sadly enough. But it’s not even worth it to get so worked up about such a poorly-executed film. Even though it was full of “magical stuff” at every turn, I did not feel any of the *magic* I felt—and still feel—when watching the first one. Probably only reason I’m giving it 1 star (besides the fact I can’t go lower) is because the original cast was amazing and beautiful and I love them. Especially actress who plays Morgan. She’s grown into such a beautiful woman! Love her.
