Oh, Disney, what have you done, what were you even thinking? This movie was a disgrace to the original. I felt as though the actors were acting for the sake of it. It was emotionless, it lacked the "feel good" Disney emotions, the list goes on. Why they thought they could remake this Disney classic is beyond me, why touch something that is already that good? Sorry, but Emma Watson is no Belle, she turned Belle into a feministic woman that she's not, and lacked the compassionate and the adventurous Belle we know and love, even the comedy reliefs, our beloved, enchanted, objects lacked their finesse, Beast was just as bad, he just wasn't 'Beast" it was beyond disappointing, if you want to remake a classic it better be a damn masterpiece.

Nothing more than a shadow of it's former glory, I watched this cringe-worthy live version movie crush the beauty and nostalgia of it's animated version. Like all the recent live versions, it was rushed, lacked the "feel-good" emotion that is Disney and the cgi lions couldn't express the typical happy sad emotions like the animated version, so you couldn't feel what they were feeling hence it being emotionless. It was a big slap in the face to the original. In the animated version you could feel and relate to the charcters those wonderful animators, orchestras voice actors made you feel like you were there and helped you to feel and understand the characters and made you want to get up and dance to those beautiful and epic songs, upon watching this remake I just watched that all get crushed like it didn't even exist, I think Scar said it best when he quote's to Simba, "what have you done?" And that is exactly it, what have you done? For true Disney fans this is to be avoided at all costs unless you are willing to have your childhood destroyed, please leave these wonderful Disney classics alone you're killing them off one by one.
