I'm shocked to have to give this show such a low rating, bc Kenan Thompson is a national treasure. But the show don't work. It's been alternately awkward, depressing and even the show within a show is terrible. Weirdly, Don Johnson is the one redeeming feature, and his interaction with his granddaughters. Just not funny enough to overcome the weird bad vibes. Some of which should have been readily apparent during writing/editing, such as Kenan's wife playing his mother or how he constantly ruins his own morning show. Which could have been an epic show within a show, like Black Family Feud.

Iris was in plan sight and trained by Nimue's pet Squirrel. It strains believability that neither Nimue nor Morgana noticed her sooner. It's plot-hole level stupid, bc she didn't even conceal herself, but other humans like Arthur were called out and had to prove themselves. Other than this example of poor writing, and frequent poor dialog in general, the show is easy on the eyes and a pleasant bit of escapism.
