It is only a TV series and they advertised it as 'fantasy' in Korea but on Chinese streaming website, they described this show as 'facts of how north Korea was built'. China has been manipulating history to absorb North Korea for so long. This show is one of it. If you are having fun watching this as a foreigner, Please realize that you are having fun over someone else's misery. I know for foreigners it sounds all 'frantic' but, you know what happened to Hongkong, Xinjiang and Myanmar. Korea is fighting so hard not be like them. (pray for their freedom).
