I wish I could give the - stars, rubbish service , after booking nobody cares, the Hotel that I have stayed had cockroaches chilling on the food and many more things, and my Mrs was 2 month old pregnant with 9 month old daughter, and after complaining they are not giving the money back even after sending them all the photos and videos, and the staff is the rudest as if they have paid for the holiday, they dont understand what you are saying and just hang the phone after putting you on hold, Dont ever get yourself book any holiday with them, worst service ever......
