I enjoy watching most of the shows on HGTV including this one, but the only thing that concerns me is the lack of diversity. In all the years I’ve watched, it doesn’t appear that they know or do business w/an African American maybe there aren’t any AA in their State. Maybe it’s due to their split of a persons equity even after the homeowner pay them back. Christina on the Coast is another HGTV show who doesn’t appear to know, contract or show racial diversity. Most of the judges on the beach show are white & you can count on the African American couple not winning but the gay couple will win on this show.
