I actually haven’t watched this yet since it comes out today, but Don Johnson’s in it ~ I’m watching! UPDATE , I watched the first episode & it’s good if you take it for what it is. It’s relaxing , fun & a bit corny . If you’re expecting something deep or meaningful, nope . This show is a nice distraction , doesn’t require too much thought, it’s just entertaining. Reminds me of an updated version of the love boat and I like it. I hope it hangs in for a while.

I really really enjoy this new version. I grew up on the first and liked it too but in these times of crass and rubbish T.V this new version is a joy bringing laughs and tears. I hope it runs for many years. The cast is wonderful and all lovely looking as well. I have also learned a lot and feel blessed to have this view of a life i wish I had memories of. The narration is also perfect.

I would have given this five stars if it weren't quite so bloody. Its a good story and visually a treat in oh so many ways but for me the Tarantino style violence took away from it somewhat. Very funny and romantic in the the right spots and some of the music is going on my playlist. I would watch it again but definitely squeezing eyes shut during the gross parts.

A beautiful movie in all aspects. I will watch again.

This was recommended to me by someone who really enjoyed it. I found it difficult to watch because it was too drawn out and it reminded me of people from days gone by who never really got their lives together. The acting is good but the characters become a little annoying in the slowness and repetitive problems they create for themselves. If it weren’t a true story it would have been a snooze.
