I thought I liked it until the finale when the protagonist only wounded the villain, let him flee, while his gun was just nearby, and decided not to pursue him to secure him first but tried to save a badly injured victim at the bottom of the hole ending up in that victim being shot dead as that villain had been able to retrieve his gun. What kind of police was that??
