I enjoy watching 60 minutes, it has very interesting topics.
Last night I watched the story about the Australian ladies who spoke in a different accent. (Irish accents)
Although the show took on a medical viewpoint, I was a little disappointed that other causes/reasons were not explored.
I believe and would have liked these women to have gone through a Past Life Regression. I believe that these ladies got their memories back from a previous lifetime.
To me this makes a lot more sense that trying to find the Medical reason.
I do not believe they have brain changes, nor any medical whohah.
I actually feel that 60 minutes could have explored further - perhaps a more possibility truthful outcome having tried the past life regression.
The medical conclusion of Foreign Language Syndrome is not a real diagnosis- it is a made up version of an unexplained situation that the Medical People could not resolve so gave it a ridiculous label.
I found that the Speech Therapy has nothing to do with these ladies problems.
Ladies could only KNOW the accent because they spoke it fluently in a past life.
There is definitely no other humanly way their can have different accents. The brain cannot have stored the language if the ladies didn’t already know language from previously lifetime.
I would imagine a follow up investigation to discover my belief of a past life recall language.
MRI, Speech therapy, Lie Detection is far fetched and medical elimination of the unknown.
Sincerely yours
Helen Bernard
