THIS MOVIE IS SOOOO GOOD!!! While it might not be a good sequel to the c tier first movie, it’s still really fun! This time the attention isn’t on Lightning, but on Mater, which is honestly super entertaining. The twist villain was unexpected and the scene where Mater figures it out is still one of the best scenes in Pixar history. The soundtrack SLAPS too, so iconic! The spy stuff is still really mind blowing. And I’ve been saving the best scene in this movie for last, when our duo is being surrounded and all the Radiator Springs folks and the new spy cars take down the henchmen, all while the music complements this scene perfectly 9.5/10

I really did like this movie. Definitely the best one of the 3 (or 4 if you consider the Holiday Special). I liked how it focused more on Rocket's backstory because we didn't know where he came from except for one tiny reference in the first one. One tiny flaw is that in the beginning of the film Groot gets destroyed by Adam Warlock and grows back within a few minutes and which in the first one when he "dies" it takes an entire movie to grow back. Speaking of Adam Warlock, they I feel like they didn't develop his story enough for him to turn good by the end of the movie, even if his story was heartfelt. Also I'm wondering what the new Star-Lord spinoff will be because we all know that some of the original cast will not be returning and also the movie was marketed as the "final installment" in the series, so I'm really excited to see what it is weather it be a movie or a series. Overall, this movie is definitely one of the better ones of this year.

This movie was EPIC! With all the references and nods to the game, this movie was perfect! The music was great and its story, just as well as everything else! I got a little worried with the voice actors, but after seeing the movie to its entirety, they did so well. This movie is meant for kids and adults who grew up with the games. 10/10 would watch over and over again!
