Fallout 4 is a very good game where you can rebuild your world while following the story line. There isn't a limit in playing and your character can be as good or bad as you want it to be. It can be daunting to start, but once you get the basics down and encounter the other factions, both major and minor, I believe any one who has also played Fallout NV or 3 would also enjoy this.
