We have been with Jack Frost since moving into our home a little over 2 years ago. We pay about $37 a month to receive various discounts on services, etc. One service is a free yearly maintenance. We were told we should have gotten an email (around November) to schedule this. We never received that email. After having an issue in which they came out to fix, and questioned this service, we were told they must have missed sending the email and we could call to schedule at any time. After that job was completed and the techs left, I found soot trailed through my basement, through hallways on the main floor of our home, on our area rug, and even hand prints on our doors & washing machine. There was soot covering the floor in our basement, which clearly had no attempts of being cleaned up after they completed the job. When we called to tell them about this, we were told that they thought that issue had been addressed previously after other customer complaints, and that the owner would “probably contact us.” We never heard back. We did have the maintenance completed by them and the next tech was great and professional, but still have a bad taste in our mouths, which will most likely have us move to another company.
