I got to the 10.5 hour mark and gave up. I kept waiting for it to get better... but it didn't. There may have been 1.5 hours of total gameplay in that 10.5 hours. I spent the other 9 hours pressing the x button to move boring dialog forward. It also has very, extremely boring side missions, like looking through bathhouse windows or traveling all over town to ask 5 npcs for a part of a soup recipe. Maybe long time series fans enjoyed this drip fed boredom but I found it mind numbing. I even prefer memories of celceta over this one.

Definitely the weak point of the series. Shadow warrior 1 was great and number 2 was even better. I'm not sure who though it was a good idea to make a poor man's Doom clone and label it #3. This lacks originality. The gameplay gets old after you get all the weapons. For a 5 hour game, it drags on. What a huge let down and a black eye to the series. Majorly disappointing.
