I watched this again recently in the build up to the rise of Skywalker, I have to say it's better than i remembered. The effects are always going to be ropey when heavy cgi was used back then but its a lot more enjoyable than It's given credit for. Give it a go just for the Lucus charm so obviously missing from current Star Wars movies.

Although this touches on a sensitive time in history, I found this series really entertaining. The twists and turns explain why Al Pacino was cast as the main Jewish character. Worth a binge watch on this fantastical epic. It will have the Guardian (and some of it's reader's nickers twisted) but I find that is usually a sign of a great show. I highly recommend this.
