If I had to describe this book in one word, it would be AUTHENTIC. I would HIGHLY recommend this book to anyone and everyone who likes really good vengeful dramatic, mystery, romance suspense, horror, and cult genres mixed together. I have known PF Felix for many years from the West Indies and the author’s writing is 100% PF Felix’s story telling from when we were kids; this is gritty in-your-face, not for the faint of heart type of emotional roller-coaster! I also grew up in the 80’s with Felix and heard all of the references-which in my opinion makes everything better. Being a person who has experienced out of body experiences, sleep paralysis, and night terrors, I was impressed that this author knew the difference between the three and elaborated on them in a way that can only be described by those who have first-hand knowledge. The characters are so inclusive, which I enjoy, and this is clearly someone with a wide range of imagination. I didn’t want to stop experiencing this book because it kept getting more exciting, bolder, and juicier by the minute. I really want to see this on the big screen someday because it’s just interesting to say the very least. This is something from Generation X that the Millennials will even appreciate and anyone that likes this sort of suspenseful genre. I want to hear more, and it held my usually dissociating attention. I’m a new fan, I’m obsessed, and I want to read/hear/see more of PF Felix’s work!
